My Dear Parents,

I am proud of you my parents,
for nurturing me the way you have,
It was not really the presents,
but your values that I have.

Believe in yourself is the message,
that I used in my passage,
Success is about inner pride,
a happy family and a loving bride.

You braved many a bad day,
yet showed a cheerful way,
life has a bigger meaning,
which needs some exploring.

Might have taken you for granted,
but you were always wanted,
when the path was rough,
I always had you to touch.

Now as I grow older,
the circle is growing closer,
Now that I have kids,
I truly appreciate what you did.
